Having been sick for the last few days in bed with a hideous cold, I really haven’t had the desire to be very fashionable. Today was the first day I managed to force myself to leave the house, and only because I had to surrender my beloved car, Sir Lancelot, to the panel beaters as someone made a mess of him in a car park back in November last year while I was at work.
I did muster enough energy to do a “What I Wore Today”. Bad pictures, the blazer is actually navy blue.

I thought I was channeling some kind of post punk aesthetic but when I walked into the kitchen my mother declared that she thought my outfit was very “horsey” (she meant equestrian, bless her heart). How depressing!
However, my mood was elevated after I received an email from the Product Manager at Vogue Australia - I answered a question from Kirstie Clements on the Vogue Australia forums and my response is being published in the April issue! Because my response is being published I’ve won a 12 month subscription to Vogue Australia!
How excitement! Maybe my shiny new subscription to Vogue will help me get my post punk aesthetic in the right direction.
